Now that most of us are well versed with FLEX...wanted to sh are some experience of late! Recently did a project....what a combo (a family pack combo)..Adobe Air-Sqlite-PDF generati on(software name withheld..google more..find answers)... This is more sort of a serverless technology we are talking here, Adobe air has just taken a leap forward, in interacti ng with DB directly..not with the help of livecycle, FDS, or PHP mid-tier...bole to ekdom direct! A small compact desktop application with its own local DB(w here you can read/write), plus create new PDFs ON THE FLY..y es we are talking of dynamic PDF generation..based on dynami c values thrown from the application. Now that's technology. .had a great learning experience on new technology!
